Now it is the time I’ve started understanding and coding in PERL language. I thought that PERL was not so user friendly but suddenly found out that it’s not the language that is friendly to you, it’s you who’s got to be friendly with the language.
This was a lesson I learnt with playing with the messy codes. Today, I finally implemented a function that improvised by skills of PERL. It was a little success but then it is a success after all. I hope to carry on the pace so that I can build up my career and portfolio as well.
KOHA is going good now. I shall start making simple but useful functions and then contribute it to the community. I have got a lot from the open source community, now its my responsibility to contribute as well.
