programming skills
HTML & CSS [ Experience: 2 Years ]
CSS was the first thing I did while I started my career in Web Development. I quickly picked it up after discovering its benefits and possibilities. HTML without a CSS is just curry without salt for me. It is a thing that provides me the power to prove HTML.
PHP / MySql [ Experience: 1 Years ]
When it comes to code, PHP has become one of my favorites. From the last year I’ve started working on WEB and guess what, PHP can’t be rested for that. Generally, PHP scratch is a mess for me, I’m used to a PHP framework called Code Igniter.
With every good PHP application comes a database. MySQL comes in the first place. It’s fast, light-weight and comes pre-installed on almost all hosting servers today. I find MySQL to be more then adequate for the majority of my projects.
Javascript/Ajax/Ext JS [ Experience: about 6 months ]
Javascript is also one of language I am new to. It has a great potential but I don’t think people actually code it from scratch. There are a lot of libraries and frameworks for Javascript, JQuery and Prototype are brilliant. I have worked with them very very less. Ext JS is another framework for view purposes. Its wide range of features with JSON support in-built is one attraction why to use it.
C# [ Experience: 1 Year ]
I found C# one of the best languages while developing desktop applications. I used this language in my last couple of semesters during my graduation where I chose this language to develop a desktop application as my final year project. Later I developed one more software using this tool. But my preference has been changed to PHP/MySql/Ajax/Ext Js, so I rarely review on this tool these days.
C [ Experience: 7 Years ]
C is mother of all language and source of my inspiration too. Since this is the first programming language I have ever learned for the first time in my life, I have a strong attachment with this language. Though, I seldom do any C program, but it was the one with the help of which, I developed my skill in programming and logic development.
C++/Java [ Experience: Less than a Year ]
What I see is Java has really got promising future in the development of Information Communication Technology. During my graduation, it was one of my favorite, unluckily, I could not explore more. It is the same with C++. But the concept of OOP was understood with the help of these two language which is still useful for my projects and my profession.

Networking
Networking is also one of my interest. I am handy with Basic LAN Configuration (Windows/Linux), and some Servers setup such as Web Server(Apache), DNS(BIND), Mail Server(POP, SMTP) in both IPv4/IPv6 especially in Linux.
Linux & Open Source
I love Linux as much as C. Although I’m not as strong with it as I am with Microsoft Windows, I do still enjoy dabbling with its different capabilities especially I like to play with command & codes in Black & White screen. I find Linux is great for servers. The skill I have earned to use Linux was quite impossible if I was unaware of Open Source and Open Source Community. Luckily I am the member of some of best open source communities such as IT-Toolbox and run own open source community called NOSK. I personally like to use Ubuntu, but I’ve worked with OpenSUSE, Red Hat Linux and Fedore Core as well.
Moreover, I have completed the course on Red Hat Certified Engineering (RHCE), I still have to give the exams but I’m still a great worth when things come to Debugging problems in Linux.
