Today, we had a problem in our internet connectivity. So, we called up NTC to solve up the problem. They checked for hours and gave different reasons for the problem. Some of them were so irrelevant. So after 6 hours of disconnected internet we finally decided to visit there ourselves.
What we found out that they didn’t even bother to check out our problem. They just blamed some one else and even some other branch where we had no link at all.
When we looked at the problem at the site, it was a simple power problem. It was just that the adapter’s port was needed to be changed.
I was really shocked that how bad their service is. They just give a damn to the customers and live at their own.
It would be my worst nightmare to join NTC as an employee. It would be the last thing in the world I’d like to do.
